What you will learn
Balayage & Highlight Keys is a combination of online (self-guided on Access) and Face to Face (held at a L'Oréal Academy/Training Venue) sessions.
The course consists of 7 online episodes, which give you an overview of the different aspects of knowledge and techniques that will be covered and assessed during your hands on session (face to face session).
It is recommended that you watch the episodes in order from 1-7 prior to attending the Face to Face application day with your L'Oréal Pro Educator.
To complete this course and obtain a certification you will need to watch all 7 episodes, complete and pass the assigned quiz and attend the application day at your nearest L'Oréal Professionnel Academy.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program, you can:
- Transfer to the next suitable program; or
- Receive a full refund
If you cancel less than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program or if you or any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, you will not be entitled to any refund for the program.
If any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, the participant’s attendance cost will be charged in full.
