When our founder Arnie Miller first thought of Biolage, he searched for ingredients and formulas that could place us in the sweet spot between brands that were either ‘too natural to work’ or ‘highly efficacious, but too chemical’. By combining the best of both worlds—the scientific and the natural—Biolage was born as a true pioneer of the clean-beauty movement, delivering exceptional results with products that were gentle.

Now in 2023 we are proud to introduce a refreshed Biolage, with formulas that are 100% vegan and cruelty free and new packaging using 100% recycled plastic.

While we look into the future and take important steps towards our sustainability goals we are also looking to our past, so we can reconnect with the principles that made us one of the most iconic brands in the professional industry.
