If you cancel more than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program, you can:

-  Transfer to the next suitable program; or  

-  Receive a full refund

 

If you cancel less than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program or if you or any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, you will not be entitled to any refund for the program.

 

If any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, the participant’s attendance cost will be charged in full.

 

Please note that L’Oréal reserves the right to cancel a program at any time – in which case L’Oréal will contact you and arrange your full refund.
