The Kerastase Care Coach Cadette program is the starting point of the pathway to becoming a Care Coach or a brand ambassador in the Kerastase community.

This Session will provide you with information of what the Kerastase Care Coach Cadette journey looks like and how you can become a Care Coach once you have completed your Cadette Education.

Cancellation Policy

Please log in to your ACCESS profile www.anz.lorealaccess.com to un-enroll to your booked program.

Please navigate to the MY COURSES AND LEARNING PLANS menu.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program, you can:

- Transfer to the next suitable program; or 

- Receive a full refund

If you cancel less than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program or if you or any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, you will not be entitled to any refund for the program.

If any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, the participant’s attendance cost will be charged in full.

Please note that Kérastase reserves the right to cancel a program at any time – in which case Kérastase will contact you and arrange your full refund.
