Our seasoned L'Oréal Pro educators will guide you through fundamental colour and lightening knowledge.  

This is your first step into colouring hair and your foundation to understanding everything about hair structure and how colour works so you can begin to create colour formulation.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks or 20 working days

before a scheduled program, you can:

-Transfer to the next suitable program; or

-Receive a full refund

If you cancel less than 4 weeks or 20 working days

before a scheduled program or if you or any

complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, you will not be entitled to any

refund for the program.

If any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, the participant’s

attendance cost will be charged in full.

which case L’Oréal Professionnel will contact you and arrange your full refund.
