In enrolling in this program, you acknowledge you have obtained all relevant consents and permissions to enroll this class on your L'Oréal salon account. You acknowledge your acceptance of all class Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Please log in to your ACCESS profile www.au.lorealaccess.com to un-enroll to your booked program.
Please navigate to the MY COURSES AND LEARNING PLANS menu.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program, you can:
- Transfer to the next suitable program; or
- Receive a full refund
If you cancel less than 4 weeks or 20 working days before a scheduled program or if you or any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, you will not be entitled to any refund for the program.
If any complimentary booking participant does not attend a program, the participant’s attendance cost will be charged in full.
Please note that L'Oréal reserves the right to cancel a program at any time – in which case L'Oréal will contact you and arrange your full refund.
